Payment Method
All goods must be paid for prior to dispatch. Payment can be made using credit or debit cards via our secure site. Alternatively, you may send a cheque or postal order made payable to kidsparties4u. Please note that goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.
Please Note:
Proof of delivery of products is obtained by signature. If your order is returned to us as UNDELIVERABLE because you made an error when filling out your address, or, if you are not present to accept your parcel and you do not collect it within 7 days from your local Post Office, it will be returned to kidsparties4u, there will be a minimum postage charge of £3.50 if you require it to be sent out again.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money.
To qualify for the 14 day money back guarantee:
1. The goods must be unused.
2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
4. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you.

Postage and packaging is non refundable To return a defective product, you must return the product within 14 days of purchase. You should then return the goods, with all packaging, (please use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel on the way back to us) to
